Why seal your stone
It soaks into the stone instead of sitting on top, forming an invisible barrier against rain, dirt and salt marks. The colour and texture stay as they are.
Forms an invisible barrier that stops water soaking into the stone through its pores, so damp cannot travel up or through it.
Dust, dirt and algae stay on the surface rather than staining into the pores. A hose or a soft brush is usually enough.
Reduces efflorescence — the pale, chalky bloom that appears on brick, concrete and some limestone after wet weather.
Dry stone does not crack the way saturated stone does in a freeze, so sealed surfaces last longer through UK winters.
Dries completely invisible. No gloss, no wet look, no darkening — the colour and texture of the stone stay exactly as they are.
The seal is vapour-permeable, so moisture already in the stone can escape instead of being trapped under a film.

These are the only products it is made to seal.
How to apply
It comes water-based and ready from the pack, with no mixing or diluting. One thin coat with a brush, roller or spray. At 20°C it is usually dry in one to two hours.
Brush off dust. Remove moss, algae and oil. Let the stone dry.
Check the colour and how it beads before you do the whole area.

At 20°C it is usually dry in 1–2 hours. Do not apply if rain is due.
